| How does Tensanremo.com ship? |
We know that you can hardly wait to receive your new Murano jewelry. We endeavor to ship all orders within one business day of being received. Orders are processed and shipped six days per week, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays and holidays will be shipped the following Monday or the next business day, if there is a holiday. When we ship your order, we will e-mail you a confirmation of your purchase along with a tracking number so you can track your package. Orders are shipped via FedEx. Each item comes in a luxury suede or silk jewelry bag, including security packing and insurance. When gift wrap is indicated, gift cards are included with gift wrap.
| Does Tensanremo.com ship to international addresses? |
We accept international orders and we ship all international orders via DHL. Customers receiving shipments outside of the continental U.S. should expect their order to take at least one week to ten days to arrive. International order costs will be added to order total on a per order basis.
| Do you charge state sales tax? |
Customers do not need to pay state sales tax, except for orders shipped to Florida addresses, where we must collect 7.00% sales tax.
| Does Tensanremo.com offer gift wrapping? |
Yes! Murano jewelry makes a perfect gift. Always in fashion! We offer two gift wrap options: standard and classic. Standard gift wrap costs $3.50 per item and Classic gift wrap costs $4.50 per item. If you wish for us to include a card with your gift, please make the request in the comments section when you check out. Gift cards are only available to customers selecting gift wrap.
